Our funding agencies require users to be either current US residents or have a US-based collaborator, so during registration, we will ask you to confirm your US residency status or provide details about your US collaborator.

International users without US collaborators will be set to pending status as we explore options for expanded access. We may eventually require international users to identify US collaborators to maintain access.

Note: Some CILogon identity providers (e.g., ORCID) do not have associated email addresses. If you run into an authentication error, try a different identity provider, either through your institution or your personal email.
